Hi there! I am Lyndi Skaalrud, a registered nurse here in Fernie, British Columbia, Canada.
A nursing foot care provider, who trained with Foot Canada and is registered with the Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses.
A RN of over 13 years, with specialty in the operating room. Orthopedics and Sports Medicine are my surgical passions.
You may recognize me as the joyful pink sparkly glasses wearing nurse at Elk Valley Hospital!
Before my nursing career, I was both an aesthetician and massage therapist. The spas that I have worked in taught me a compassionate and holistic approach to care.
My unique education and experience allows me to bring evidence based nursing foot care, with extensive assessment, combined with the art of aesthetics and massage.
I work with clients who need safe evidence based foot care, using sterile instruments and professional products.

Let’s Work Together

$100/1 hr
Every new client (and recommended once a year, or when your health has a dramatic change) must complete an initial assessment.
An intake form will be filled out, where health conditions, concerns, medications, etc will be completed.
A thorough assessment of the lower leg and foot will follow, including a mono-filament test for foot sensory testing.
You will receive a document that shows Lyndi’s findings, along with home care recommendations.
We will treat what we can with the time we have left!
$80/40 min
This treatment is a shortened ‘medi-pedi’ for simple cases.
$100/1 hr
This treatment is a thorough treatment for clients who require a longer appointment for their complex case.
Will include a relaxing foot massage if desired.
